Q: How long does standard domestic shipping take?

A: Shipping domestic products through our local partners, such as Amazon, generally takes 2-5 business days via Postal Mail or UPS.

Q: How long does standard international shipping take?

A: Standard international shipping generally takes between 16-26 days via ePacket shipping.  In rare cases, a unique gift may take up to 60 days due to manufacturing limitations.

Q: What if I Can’t wait?? It's a last minute gift!

A: Expedited delivery is available at checkout, but can be pricey.  If you’re on a budget, why not try printing off a picture of the gift to present to the recipient.  Place the picture inside a card or gift bag to preserve the surprise, and then wait for the product to arrive via standard or international shipping.

Q: Are there customs, duties & taxes on products?

A: The customer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
  • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
Q: What is the Return & Refund guarantee?

A:  Our retail partners and manufacturers provide a Returns & Refund guarantee on all products.

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems (Some retailers/manufacturers vary slightly in their returns guarantees). You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item (at the customer’s shipping expense), or keep the item and agree a partial refund from the manufacturer.

Scope of Guarantee:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as gift cards, downloadable software products, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All other products on have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


The following situations are not included:

1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.

2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the retailer/manufacturer offers Easy Returns)

3. Any item not in its original packaging and original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Guaranteed Protection Period & Conditions for Submitting a Refund Request:
